This message is to let you know about the deprecation of cloud.gov’s legacy dashboard on 05/18/2020.
What is happening to the legacy dashboard?
The legacy cloud.gov dashboard has been deprecated and will be taken offline permanently. We previously decommissioned the legacy dashboard, but customers encountered problems adding new users to their organization and the legacy dashboard was brought back online to provide a temporary work-around. The issue has since been resolved and released in the newest version of the cloud.gov dashboard.
What is the impact to cloud.gov customers?
Customers will no longer be able to access the legacy dashboard after 05/18/2020. With the new dashboard, user management can be performed at https://dashboard.fr.cloud.gov/
We also updated our documentation for managing orgs, roles, and spaces to reflect the recent user interface changes and to help walk you through the process.
What do cloud.gov customers need to do?
Please start using the updated dashboard for your user and role management, referring to our documentation if you need any help. If something is still unclear or not working properly, please contact us at support@cloud.gov.
