The cloud.gov support team will be performing routine maintenance on the platform that services legacy Elasticsearch and Redis instances for customers. During this window customers access to their instances might be interrupted.

*** PLEASE NOTE***

On November 6, 2020, cloud.gov announced the legacy Redis 3.2 and Elasticsearch 5.6 offerings from cloud.gov will be deprecated as of April 5, 2021. In accordance with our deprecation policy, provisioning of new instances was disabled on December 7, 2020. If you have not already done so, please migrate off the legacy services to our new AWS based offerings before April 5, 2021.

On April 5th the legacy services will be terminated and removed from the system. For more details see: https://cloudgov.statuspage.io/incidents/bsd3kkgdgpf8
