cloud.gov will be doing maintenance on the internal IDP (login) system on June 16, 2020 at 1 PM EST.
Why is this maintenance being done?
To keep the platform secure, SSL certificates are used to encrypt communications between different pieces of the platform. Certificates have known start and end expiration dates and need to be rotated on a regular basis.
Who is effected by this maintenance?
This maintenance will ONLY effect those customers that login using the cloud.gov IDP option.
Customers using FDIC.gov, EPA.gov, GSA.gov, DOJ.gov, and OMB.gov IDP providers will not be effected by this work.
Please note that cloud.gov IDP customers that login to the system earlier in the day will not be effected during the window but only customers trying to login during the window.
